PUT ME IN THE STORY AND NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC KIDS PRESENT… THE LITTLE EXPLORER DRAWING CONTEST!

Disclosure: My friend Rita received the following for review. All opinions are her own.

My kids are animal lovers and even my youngest one gets excited seeing pictures of little cuddly faces. With my son being fascinated with all sorts of trivia and tons of questions, I was very excited that National Geographic has teamed up with my favorite book company, Put Me In The Story

I firmly believe in reading at an early age so with my daughter’s newest book I’m able to engage both kids. My daughter loves all the vivid pictures and my son loves learning little facts about them.

National Geographic Kids and Put Me In The Story are celebrating by hosting The Little Explorer Drawing Contest. I love the personalized National Geographic Books and am excited to make this a part of our reading collection as well as make them this year’s gift idea for all my little one’s friends and family. The books are available in both hardcover and paperback and the quality of pictures and the book itself is impressive. The National Geographic the Little Kids Book of Animals introduces some of the world’s coolest creatures from blue morpho butterflies to polar bears. Each page includes a bright picture of the animal and trivia facts about its size, diet and habitat making learning fun. The National Geographic Little Kids Book of Dinosaurs explores the prehistoric world with bright pictures and fun facts about all kinds of dinosaurs by answering questions throughout the story. With the personalization feature I was able to add a picture of my little one and a message to make it a keepsake book that she will always treasure.

National Geographic Kids focuses on inspiring young adventurers with magazines, books, apps, games, videos, and more. The National Geographic Kids magazine includes 10 issues per year and the National Geographic Little Kids magazine includes 6 issues per year. I love that you can get them by subscription, newsstands and even on your tablet. They are leading nonfiction publisher for kids with over 100 titles each year including the The New York Times best seller “Kids Alamanac.”

It’s no surprise to me that they have paired up with the #1 personalized book site in the United States. Put Me In The Story is a favorite in my home and creates personalized versions of the bestselling books where you can star alongside some of your favorite characters.

The combination of these two fabulous companies is the perfect way to inspire a love for reading and learning that my children love as much as I do.
