Check out the New Safety 1st Grow and Go Air @safety1st

Disclosure: My friend Rita received the following for review. All opinions are her own.

It seems as though I’m always in the search for car seats for my two little ones. With everyone who transports my kiddos around I’m always in need of a great car seat and recently I’ve discovered yet another wonderful product from Safety 1st.  The Safety 1st Grow and Go Air offers all the safety features I want as a parent and all the comforts my kids enjoy.

The Grow and Go Air provides all the benefits of their popular Grow and Go 3-in-1 Convertible Car Seat with their air protect technology. Air Protect was developed with child passenger safety in mind and has proven to save lives so I’m even more partial to this added layer of improvement.

The Grow and Go Air is perfect for every parent who doesn’t want to keep reinvesting towards a new car seat as their child grows past certain stages. The Grow and Go Air can be used through three important stages of child development. First, it can be used as an infant rear-facing seat from 5 to 40 pounds. As your child is ready for the next stage, the Grow and Go Air can be turned around to forward facing for children between 22 to 65 pounds. Finally, when the kids are about 40 to 100 pounds and old enough, this is perfect belt positioning booster seat. What impressed me the most was how comfortably my baby and my son both fit into the seat in their own position.

The Grow and Go Air has QuickFit Harness making it easy to adjust the harness and the headrest to make it a perfect fit for you kiddo. I love that with all the added protection, it’s still not bulky and with the 3 position recline it’s a great fit for any car. It is the perfect size giving my kids the comfort they want and allows great legroom for the front seat passengers.

The seat was quick and easy to install and switching between rear facing and forward facing was a breeze. Additionally getting my kids in and out was effortless with the in and out harness holders keeping the straps out of the way when buckling. My son loves the comfort with all the extra cushions and especially enjoys having two cup holders for all his little belongings to put in there. Unfortunately, we’ve already experienced our first potty training accident in the car seat also. I’m happy to say that it was incredibly easy to clean. The seat pad unsnaps with minimal work and is both machine washable and dryer safe.

The Grow and Go Air is a perfect fit in the Safety 1st Line providing comfort and safety with the child’s care and parents’ concerns a priority. Being able to keep a car seat through my little one’s growing years is a great benefit and cost savings that I appreciate. Having a product that my kids love as much as I do is an even greater value.

  4. We have the older safety 1st model in both cars for our two year old. We absolutely love it and it has been perfect when we've needed to change it to fit her age and weight. We love how quickly it installs and uninstalls and how simple the harness system is, too.

  5. We love Safety 1st! The very first infant carseat that I bought back in 09 when my daughter was born was Safety 1st, and I've used them ever since. I just bought my youngest daughter one of their 3-in-1 convertible carseats and we absolutely love it! :)
