I love re-pinning beautiful gardens and landscape art with the hopes that one day I'll be able to design something similar. Until then, I have a balcony in which to try my hand at gardening. So far in my 30 something years of living, I have been cursed with a black thumb. Actually more like brown since the succulents survive 80% of the time. I just don't have the natural talent in growing plants and keeping them alive. It is not for trying though. Guess who was delighted to receive the most beautiful urban garden trolley from Earth Easy for motivation?
The kids were just as excited for me to set up our new "garden" as I was. I quickly assembled the trolley which is made of durable steel and has two wheels and a wooden handle for ease of movement. It is lightweight and features a drain hole in the center so you don't have to worry when your child waters too much. The kids were really enthusiastic!

We received the Culinary Herb Seed Vault and Growing Wishes Organic Herb Garden with Bamboo Markers. The kids decided to start off with the organic herb seeds mainly due to the packaging I'm guessing. It's adorable and the tins are definitely kid friendly. Kenzie got off to work writing the names of the herbs on the wooden markers. I placed soil into the trolley about halfway and the kids "sprinkled" the coordinating seeds next to the marker: Dill, Oregano, Sage, Thyme, Basil and Garlic Chives.
What's great for even the novice with this seed kit is that instructions are included on how best to grow your herbs. I can't wait to see the fruits of our labor hopefully soon!

Earth Easy not only offers amazing supplies for your yard and garden but also for your home in general as well as great gift options. Mason has grown up so much since starting preschool this Fall. His playing and thinking has "grown up" and is becoming more imaginative in what he draws, says and creates. The Eco-Dough is a wonderful stocking stuffer for him. With no chemicals, artificial dyes, or metals, this exploratory molding dough is colored with dyes from beets, spinach, carrots, blueberries, and more!
What's great about this dough is that it won't dry out and crumble and get everywhere. If it it left out overnight (by accident of course right?) then add a wee bit of olive oil to revive it and it's good as new. No complaints from Hubs will come with this.
