Finding ways to my entertain my children and have a great family outing is always a challenge especially when trying to keep them from getting bored. Going to amusement parks has always been a great childhood memory of mine. With the holiday season fast approaching Knott’s Berry Farm has created the perfect combination of fun and holiday spirit and with their season pass options my kids are able to enjoy all the different fun adventures all year long making it the perfect holiday gift for my kids and their cousins.

During the holiday season Snoopy and the Peanuts Gang convert the park into Knott’s Merry Farm filled with wonderful holiday spirited activities. The entire Gang returns this year along with a cast of world-class ice skaters performs Merry Christmas, Snoopy! The show is whimsical and leaves everyone with smiles on their faces no matter the age.

Santa’s Christmas Cabin gives your little one a chance to meet Santa, share their wish list and take home a wonderful picture. Plus you have the chance to enjoy some delicious Knott’s holiday goodies like Santa’s homemade cookies, pastries or fresh roasted nuts. And don’t forget their seasonal craft beer that is available during this time. Knott’s world-famous holiday treats are available throughout Ghost Town including yummy fresh poured-to-order maple lollipops at the Gold Trails Hotel. There is a treat perfect for every member of your family.

In the Old West town of Calico you can board engine 41 at the Calico Railroad and meet Ghost Town residents eager to share their holiday plans. Plus the Camp Snoopy Theater will debut a new show, Christmas Time is Here, Charlie Brown featuring with holiday songs and the Peanuts Gang.

If the season passes don’t meet your holiday gift list, you find some additional gifts by shopping at Knott’s Christmas Crafts Village. The Crafts Village is a perfect place to find unique gifts from local artisans who demonstrate their craft while you shop. It’s a great way to learn and entertain as you can witness chainsaw sculpting and glass blowing demonstrations.

Finally, one of the best parts of Christmas are the gorgeous lights at night and every evening you can join Snoopy as he lights up the night in Snoopy’s Merriest Tree Lighting Show. The show is accompanied by a cast of marching toy soldiers, Mrs. Claus, dancing snowmen and Snoopy, of course! And what’s better than a nice stroll through Ghost Town where snow falls gently and the holiday lights sparkle to the beat of joyful holiday music. That’s right, snow in California each night for the perfect white Christmas feeling beginning November 21st thru January 3rd.

All of this and much more is what makes Knott’s Merry Farm to experience the holiday season with your loved ones. The amusement park’s year round activities makes a 2016 Season Pass the perfect holiday gift. The Season Passes are a great value for a place the family will never get bored with and a place that keeps things fresh and fun. A 2016 Season pass starts at only $81.00 for the entire year of unlimited visits, no blackout dates, discounts on food and merchandise and access to seasonal events. 7. Looks like a blast during the holidays! I had no idea Knott's had the Peanuts characters and Snoopy. We will have to make a point to visit next year when my daughter is a bit older so we can experience all of the park.
