Gymboree Partners with DonorsChoose.Org to Help Give Kids a Brighter Future + $75 Gift Card #Giveaway

Disclosure: I received a gift card for review. All opinions are my own.

I love dressing up my kiddos in all the cute outfits that I find. As my children have gotten older, they’ve become more opinionated and want to choose their own style. One of our favorite places to shop is Gymboree

Gymboree is a store that truly caters to children and celebrates childhood. Their clothing is bright, colorful and great quality so I feel confident that my children are able to find things that help express themselves creatively yet very cute. Gymboree truly thinks of kids in their designs and parents in their quality including all the various accessories to help inspire kids to build their own creative expression.
Expressing creativity is an important developmental skill for children and while many schools aim to achieve this, they don’t have all the supplies they need. Many teachers across the country don’t have the funding to afford basic art supplies to help their students.

Recently Gymboree has paired with DonorsChoose.org to help raise money to fulfill arts and crafts requests for teachers on the website. Gymboree’s goal is to supply at least one classroom request in every country where there is a Gymboree retail location. There are over 100,000 requests from teachers for paint, crayons, markers, pens and paper that they simply can’t afford.
For this year’s back to school season Gymboree is going to do what they can to bring coloring supplies to students so they too can express themselves and challenge their own creativity.  Between July 20th and September 9th, Gymboree will be donating money to projects in the highest-need schools in the donor’s community that has the least amount of time remaining before the project request expires.

You too can help this amazing program and help fulfill the Gymboree goal by contributing and donating to a school in your community. Even a dollar can supply a child with a pack of crayons for the year and build a lifetime of imagination :: Gymboree’s Let’s Color Together.
