Build & Imagine Construction Sets Review @buildandimagine

Disclosure: I received the following for review. All opinions are my own.

Mackenzie and Mason both enjoy building and imaginative play. So when they discovered the Build & Imagine Construction Sets in the hall, they couldn't wait to get started. The magnetic construction sets are packed with STEAM elements (science, technology, engineering, art and math) learning yet are enchanting for endless hours of imaginative play.

Each set features dual-sided magnetic building panels and dolls with magnetic accessories. Without instruction, kids are able to use their own imagination to build and play. Malia's Beach House was first out of the box and Kenzie started to build with direction from the box image. However, she soon thereafter broke down the walls and started building to her own fancy and instructing Mason along the way. This set features a swimming pool, functional door, living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, garden, floor and roof shapes, outfits, accessories, pets, and more.

After our recent vacation, the pool was definitely a hit as well as the functioning doorway. The pieces are easy to stack and attach and your child can opt to build with or without floors or keep the roof open to peer inside. The visual detail and design of the Build & Imagine construction sets is fantastic.

I love that the pieces stack flat and are easily stored back into the box after play. This allows for easy transport as well as clean up. Who doesn't love their child cleaning up their toys without having to hunt down missing pieces later?

Day at the Beach was a hit as well. This set features a walk-up cafe window, surf shop double doors, lifeguard stand, surfboard workshop, food prep kitchen, cafe seating, surf scene, beach gear, rescue gear, outfits, tools, and yummy food! What's neat about these sets is that you can mix and match and let your child fully explore and imagine all kinds of scenarios. The many magnetic accessories can stick on the dolls as well as select panels. It's like the new and upcoming paper doll concept that can be played with on the daily without worry of it falling apart or getting torn up.

The possibilities of play and building are endless with even just one set but the combination of sets makes it even more fun! Kenzie loves her new dolls and dressing them up is so easy with the magnetic accessories. She even gets me to join her and act out her scenes. Mason brings his own car to the action.

As Kenzie's Kindergarten class is based upon the STEAM method, I am so happy that she enjoys the Build & Imagine Constructions sets and will so for a long time. These are well made and will further your child's imagination for years to come.

Sets are recommended for Ages 4-8.

  2. These look great for building and creating! And a lot less little pieces to lose than legos, which is always a plus.
