My Top 5 Ways to Relieve Stress + Coupon @BACHRESCUE #StressLess2BmyBest #CG

I usually have a pretty hectic day with a full-time job outside of the house, taking care of the kids and working on the blog. Even though I am pretty calm even during the storm, there are days when I really just want to head to a fabulous island by myself to chill out. Since that truly is not feasible, I've found simple ways to relieve my stress and wanted to share my Top 5 to get back to a relaxed state.

1.  Take a deep breath. Literally. It's so easy to get bogged down with work (whether in the home or out) and just taking a moment to oneself to slow down and breathe is beneficial in lowering cortisol levels which helps reduce stress and anxiety.

2.  Good ole' fashioned exercise. Whether you hit the gym for cardio and weights, attend a class or take a hike, the post-exercise endorphin rush will cut your stress level. While you may detest getting your butt up to move (like I do!), once you actually engage in exercise and complete your workout, your body and mind will thank you for it.

3.   Pop a RESCUE® Pastille in your mouth. These are just like the colorful candies I used to eat in a similar tin. They help you stress less, stay calm and in control. These natural/homeopathic pastilles were developed by a doctor to be gentle and safe with no side effects. I like that they are so convenient and you can leave some at work, in the car, at home and in your purse. They are readily available in the U.S. at your local CVS, Walgreens, Sprouts, Whole Foods and other stores that carry natural products. The RESCUE® stress relief products are also available in Sleep Liquid Melts, Pearls, and more.

4.   Brew a cup of tea. Tea is amazing in so many ways and I love to drink it almost daily. Just spoon some loose tea into a tea filter bag and pour hot water over it. Warm your hands and sip in peace to relax. I am a HUGE green tea fan but black tea is also delicious with some milk.

5.  Bellow out a hearty laugh. It's good for the spirit and the body.

Are you stressed out? How do you relieve stress? Have you tried RESCUE® stress relief products?
