Mickey Mouse & Friends Birthday Party #DisneySide #ad @DisneyParks

Disclosure: I received free products in order to host a Disney Side @Home Celebration. The opinions expressed here are my own.

I was planning on having an impromptu party at home for my kids' friends but luck have it be, one of Kenzie's friends from school was going to have her birthday on the weekend we were going snowboarding. I received some pretty neat stuff in the #DisneySide @Home celebration box

I packed up the party supplies and made goody bags with the princess nail polish, tattoos and crayons/pencils. I hung the decor from the lamp right about the dining table in the hotel suite. It was a fun surprise for Kenzie's friend (and family) as we celebrated after a long day of snowboarding / skiing. The Pin-the-Smile on Mickey was the hit of the party. The girls took several turns in getting his smile on just right.

The girls also had a blast with painting their nails in different colors - by themselves! Moreover, the games we played, Bingo, matching and word search, made the time fly by while waiting for the pizza and dessert to arrive. Popcorn in Minnie treat boxes and goldfish in Minnie bags were readily devoured.

Of course Kenzie couldn't wait until cake time even though it wasn't her birthday. She does this to everyone in the family! I guess her bestie from school is now part of the family because they blew out the candle together ;)

She is definitely going to be a great helper as I start planning for Mason's Cars birthday party this summer!
