2014 Holiday Gift Guide | Running Press Children's Books + #Giveaway

Disclosure: I received 6 books for feature from Running Press. All opinions are my own.

Oh my it's Christmastime and that means getting cozy by the fire and drinking hot chocolate while reading stories. The kids have a love for books that just melts my heart. Running Press has a great selection of books to be gifted during the holiday season to your littles.

OH MY, OH NO!  is the perfect book to celebrate the bond between a mother and child. This cheery call-and-response book with Agn├Ęs Domergue’s beautiful watercolor illustrations shows the delightful message that love matters most of all. Kids will love to hear the story about a bear who’s always late.

FRANK! With mischievous humor and bold illustrations, Frank! is sure to be a family favorite.

STEAMPUNK: Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol illustrated by Zdenko Basic. This book includes the original text of A Christmas Carol, two other Dickens holiday stories, and haunting steampunk illustrations that the whole family can appreciate.

A TREASURY OF CHRISTMAS CLASSICS includes The Night Before ChristmasThe Twelve Days of Christmas, andThe Nutcracker. All three stories are accompanied with whimsical illustrations by Christian Birmingham and Don Daily.

ALVIN AND THE CHIPMUNKS: It’s Show Time! is an interactive book that shows Alvin, Simon, and Theodore putting on a benefit concert to help animals at the local shelter get adopted. It includes eight interactive sound prompts and full-color illustrations throughout. Mason is going to love hearing the sounds and pushing the buttons!

BE JOYFUL: Peanuts Wisdom to Carry You Through share in PEANUTS memories with beloved and inspirational quotes. This is the perfect size for Kenzie to tote around as she is learning to read. Who can resist Snoopy?
