Disclosure: I received compensation and free Enfagrow products for this post.

Mason is growing up so fast and while he was a hearty eater when an infant, he has started becoming picky about his food intake. It's frustrating as a mother because I want him to get all the nutrients his body needs for proper development and growth. I hate to admit it but vacationing in Maui led to even pickier eating as he decided "cheeps" and "gummies" were meals.

Did you know that on average, toddlers are only getting about 25% of the brain-nourishing DHA many experts recommend? I remember how important it was for me to take prenatal vitamins with DHA when pregnant. It does make sense that this nutrient is important during the toddler years as 85% of brain growth happens within the first three years of a child's life! Wow that is an impressive statistic. Most foods that Mason tends to typically eat does not have DHA which is commonly found in fatty fishes. I try to give him and Kenzie fish to eat on occasion when we have it but they don't really seem to like the texture nor taste.

I am happy that he readily drinks Enfagrow Toddler which has DHA for his everyday diet. If you prepared formula for your baby, the preparation of the Enfagrow Toddler powder in the can will be a breeze.

It's the same concept in that you mix powder plus water and then shake before serving. Mason enjoys drinking the Enfagrow in his big boy cup and I am glad that he is getting the important nutrients such as calcium, vitamin D, iron and a prebiotics blend with each sip!

In addition to coming in a powder form, Enfagrow also comes in convenient ready-to-drink boxes. I purchased several packages of these for Mason to enjoy at grandma's house because they are easy for her to serve. These are perfect to take along in your diaper bag when you go out or ideal for those who feel that accurately measuring out the powder is daunting. If you have a picky eater like mine, get the important DHA into their diet by offering Enfagrow!

One winner will Receive an Enfagrow gift package (ARV $38) that will include the following:
One Toddler Transitions Can (21oz.)
One Toddler Next Step Natural Milk Flavor Can (24oz.)

  9. My toddler doesn't eat well. I've tried so many options to engage her in eating but still not interested. I want to try Enfagrow since I've been hearing a lot of good feedback about it. I just want the best for my kids and this will be awesome.

  10. I'd like to try Enfagrow so I know my son is getting the nutrients he needs. There are some meals where he only eats one of the items on his plate so I worry he's not getting the right nutrition he needs.
