TrailHopper for on-the-go babes + #Giveaway

Disclosure: My friend received the TrailHopper for review. All opinions are her own.

We are an outdoorsy family so it’s no surprise that my son is the same way. Nothing makes him happier and stops all his tantrums like being outdoors. Unfortunately, weather isn't always conducive to such a life style. While we live in Southern California and the weather is generally warm in the summer days, we still are hit with cold mornings, nights and even rain.

Taking the time to bundle my little guy up can be a pain when he’s eager to get out. The TrailHopper by Cozey 7 is great! It doesn't matter what my son is wearing at the time I can easily slip this over him and I know he’s properly bundled to go. The trailhopper is great because it gives a lot of freedom of movement for children with separate legs and arm holes, but keeps them perfectly covered. I don’t have to worry about socks coming off or putting on shoes because with one quick fold his feet are all bundled up too.

Unlike blankets which my son loves to kick off, the trailhopper is easy to use in strollers and car seats, so buckling is not an issue. I was also surprised to see how comfortable my son was in the trailhopper and quite happy in it. The freedom to move about and stay warm was a happy solution for both my son and myself. I've been able to use this on multiple occasions.

We went for an early morning walk, had tea out on the balcony, took a walk in the rain, and made a camp fire. And this is all in summer time! By the winter I’m sure I’ll be needing a couple more. It’s so compact and light weight and packs into the accompanying bag quite easily and comes with a convenient cargo clip so we can easily travel with it, which is what we plan to do. We are leaving for Hawaii soon and I’m very excited to use the Trailhopper on some great early morning hikes.
