Just a few weeks ago we went on our first family vacation to Maui. I should probably restate that as extended family vacation as my inlaws and brother-in-law also went along. Trying to balance kid-friendly with adult fun was difficult but I think we found a happy balance. I was excited to just chill on the beach and hang out at the pool with the kids. Hubs wanted to go on some hikes and the inlaws wanted to see the sites.

As soon as we hit the resort, the kids suited up to hit the beach and I packed along our Wet-Nap products because as a native Floridian, I know that sand gets everywhere and messy hands plus snack time does not mix. It was fun watching the kids run around in the sand and play to their heart's content without wanting to rest. I had to force them to come over and take a break and fuel up again. They also met new friends everyday to play with and shared snacks and wipes!

The Wet Nap Antibacterial Hand Wipes are perfect for getting all the wet, sticky sand off and killing 99.99% of germs. Kenzie and Mason were both able to play with their new friend(s) each day at the beach and pool while keeping their tummies happy with delicious snacks and mama happy by having clean hands throughout the day!

These were also the perfect size for taking on our hikes because although there were beautiful streams and waterfalls, who knows what sort of bacteria lurks in that water! Kenzie and Mason also picked up treasures along the hike and their hands became messy with dirt as a result. These were convenient for everyone in our group to put into their pockets to pull out and wipe their hands clean.

On one of the hikes, Kenzie decided that she wanted to wear flip flops! We had to make several pit stops to wipe the dirt off her feet with the Wet-Nap wipes. Also note that these are the best when only portable toilets are available to use without a running sink. They have a clean scent which further makes me happy because I know that the icky germs are being banished. I'll have to remember to send some along when Kenzie goes on field trips with her school.

I also picked up some The Original Wet-Nap® Brand Hands, Face & Body Cleansing Wipes in the Napkin/Paper goods aisle at Walmart to stash in the diaper bag for the trip. I love these unscented wipes for all our clean-up needs. These are really soft and moisturizes with aloe while remaining strong enough to withstand scrubbing of little hands and messy faces.

Hubs and I decided to run off early in the morning to a hike which ended up being 10 miles due to our minivan not being 4-wheel drive and getting lost on the trail which didn't have markers of any sort. There were also no other hikers around except for one guy and his dog headed the opposite direction. Moreover, let's just say that there were no toilets around and Hubs was happy when I pulled out the Wet-Nap wipes from the hiking backpack. Clean hands, small snacks, abundant intake of water and several hours later we made it back to the minivan in one piece.

No matter what sort of outdoor adventures you plan on having with your family this summer, make sure to pick up some Wet-Nap products from Walmart with this awesome Wet-Nap coupon for $.55 cents off! Their prices are already low but with this coupon, you should stock up!

  9. The wipes are great because the gel just doesn't scrub when the hands are dirty. I need to get some!
