Disclosure: I receive shakes and snacks for review from Happy Family. All opinions are my own.
Kenzie is a petite 4.5 year old. She is picky about her food and has been since she was a baby refusing to take formula or drink pumped milk from a bottle. I worry about her nutrition constantly and shamefully sometimes resort to bribing her to eat certain foods. Since she loves shakes and smoothies, I was excited to have her try the new Happy Child Super Nutrition Shakes.
Each shake contains 8 grams of protein, 3 grams of fiber and 21 vitamins and minerals. These are great to toss in the bag when we head out on the weekends to make sure she gets a fulfilling snack in between meals. What child can resist a chocolate shake? Kenzie loves these shakes and downs them with ease. I worry less now that she happily drinks the Happy Child Super Nutrition Shakes without complaint. They are recommended for children 2 and up so although Mason wants some, he's satisfied with the Happy Tot snacks for another month.
Since Mason noshed on Happy Baby pouches and puffs when he started on solids, it's nice to transition him into the Happy Tot selections. There was no stopping him when he saw the selection of Happy Tot goodies and he immediately wanted to taste test. The Happy Tot pouches include a variety of new flavors for him including coconut milk, beet and chia seed. He loves pouches so I am glad that he can open his palate to new flavors that are packed full of goodness. The Happy Tot snacks such as munchies, bars and cookies were well received and Mason even shared with Kenzie! However, he wouldn't let go of the Happy Yogis. I'll have to pick up some more to take on our plane ride to Maui next week!
