Disclosure: I received the Treasure Pet from Build-A-Bear Workshop for review. All opinions are my own.
Kenzie just loves Disney Princesses and Build-A-Bear Workshop. We just went the other week so she could buy Pinkie Pie with roller skates. She loves the Pinkie Pie sound and even got her a leash. Kenzie has asking for a tiny dog recently and I keep telling her that she needs to wait until we move into a larger home with a yard. I don't think she completely understands this so I was excited to introduce her to Silver Sparkles Disney Palace Pets Pumpkin ($25 + additional cost for accessories).
The Palace Pets were inspired by the personalities and classic stories of the Disney Princess characters. Kenzie's all-time favorite Disney Princess is Cinderella so imagine her surprise when her new "pet" arrived. Pumpkin is decked out for the royal ball wearing the most perfect accessories. Kenzie can dress up as Cinderella and tote Pumpkin around. What a perfect pair! Build-A-Bear Workshop also offers Ariel's kitty Treasure. Kenzie knows who Ariel is and even mimics being a mermaid in the bath however she is too chicken to watch the entire Little Mermaid movie. So good thing she is now the proud owner of Pumpkin because that will buy me some time regarding a real dog.
When guests go to Build-A-Bear workshop to make Treasure and Pumpkin, they will participate in a special coronation ceremony and receive a personalized letter from one of the Disney Princess characters with fun facts and pet care instructions for their new furry friend. How fun and amazing is this bonus? You can get additional Disney Princess costumes for your furry friend such as Ariel, Belle, Cinderella, Jasmine, Rapunzel, Sleeping Beauty, Snow White and Tiana for $16 each. Kenzie wants to get another set of shoes for Pumpkin because her two front paws are cold when she goes outside.
