Valentine's Day Treat Boxes for Preschool Friends {DIY} @OrientalTrading

Disclosure: I was sent the following items from Oriental Trading for review. All opinions are 100% my own!

This year is flying by so quickly and I can't believe it's almost Valentine's Day. While this holiday is one that Hubs and I don't make a big deal out of ourselves, Kenzie is looking forward to it as she keeps on saying her teacher is going to give her a ring pop. I remember making a card box for all the Valentine's from classmates when I was in elementary school so I wanted to create something special for Kenzie to hand out to her friends this year and Oriental Trading is the one stop shopping site to head to.

After poring over Pinterest for the best ideas, I decided on a sweet treat box filled with sweet treats that are perfect for preschoolers.

Classic Sweethearts Valentine's Candy Boxes ($15 for 36) are a must have because these conversational hearts are so much fun! You can also give these as stand alone Valentine's by slipping it inside a Heart Drawstring Bag ($12 per dozen). Let's just say Hubs grabbed a few boxes for himself. Ring pops are always popular so just for the big V-day the Heart-Shaped Sucker Rings ($6.25 per dozen) fit little fingers just perfectly. Mason snatched up a Valentine Flashing Bouncing Ball ($18 per dozen) right out of the box. These will be a huge hit with Kenzie's friends as children seem to gravitate toward all things that are light up and they are ready to flash immediately upon first bounce.

Kids love crafts and Oriental Trading has an enormous selection to choose from. I decided on the Heart Shape Candy Bracelet Making Kit ($6 for 12) because edible crafts are always so much more fun! Topping off the Valentine's with a small plush gorilla with long arms ($15.99 per dozen) ties in the love with his heart on his chest and arms to hug your child. All these treats fit inside Valentine's Treat Boxes ($4.50 per dozen) which conveniently come with a tag for you to write your child's name as well as their friend's name.

I love that Oriental Trading sells most of their items by the dozen as Kenzie's class has that many students. The prices are reasonable, the selection is amazing and the joy on your child's face will be priceless. There are many Valentine's Day supplies on major sale right now so hurry and order!
