1.5 Cans Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped
1.5 Pounds Frozen Spinach, thawed and chopped
3 Packages of Cream Cheese
7.5 Cups of shredded colby jack cheese
4.5 teaspoons minced garlic
Place all in the crock pot (slow cooker) and cook on high for 1-2 hours until the cheese is melted.
Stir occasionally and enjoy!
