New Year, New You with the 3 Day Whole Body Sale @wholefoods

It's a new year and I have been trying to be a bit healthier by trying to get back into the gym. I want to also become healthier on the inside and Whole Foods is giving me the jump start with their upcoming 3 Day Whole Body Sale.

I am a new fan of cleansing and detoxing your body to get started on a new you. After cleansing, it's nice to get into the rhythm of keeping your body balanced with the right nutritional supplements. I have to admit that I am not the greatest vitamin taker and my mother is constantly reminding me that I need to take supplements NOW to prevent further aches and pains down the road.
