Disclosure: I was sent the following Primary Science Sensory Tubes from Learning Resources for review. All opinions are 100% my own!
We have been in the exploratory and curiosity stage for some time now and I have found that Kenzie likes to collect rocks and sticks. She hides them in her pillowcase at school as well as in the seat of her bike. Since I don't want the washing machine broken or Mason to stumble upon a sharp rock, I handed her the Primary Science Sensory Tubes from Learning Resources to fill and observe.
This is a set of 4 large, sturdy, plastic sensory tubes ($21.16 + free shipping) with dual openings and 2 solid lids for each. The lids are vented in case the items placed inside need to breathe. Since Kenzie has little bits and pieces to her toys, I suggested that she fill a tube with these and off she went. It's a fun way to store as well as see all the accessories that go with her toys in one secure place. These are also perfect for her fondness of rocks although I did have to suggest that only small rocks be placed inside, otherwise the tube would be too hefty for her to tote around. The possibilities are endless as you can place flowers/leaves, small insects, seashells, snacks, craft items and more!
One winner will Receive the Primary Science Sensory Tubes!
