Happy Birthday to the Energizer Bunny + Free Gift Card! #BunnyBirthdayWMT #shop #cbias

Tis the season to be jolly and merry with lots of gifts for your child(ren). Kenzie has many battery operated toys. One thing I have learned from friends over the years is when gifting a toy that does not come with batteries, make sure to purchase and add because there is nothing worse than opening up a gift and after scrambling around the house to find the correct number and size, realize that the toy cannot be operated until a quick trip to the store. The store that is not open on Christmas morning, that is.

We have been using Energizer batteries for as long as I can remember. Since Hubs comes home frequently with new toys for Kenzie, we needed to stock up on our Energizer Max battery supply. The batteries were conveniently located next to the toy section at Walmart which is genius so you can't forget to pick up extras when you are shopping during the holidays. It was also right next to the Christmas decor section where we ended up picking up our first Christmas tree! I guess the 2 foot white tree I bought when Kenzie was born doesn't count in Hubs' eye.

Since it's the Energizer Bunny's 25th birthday, if you purchase 2 packs of specially marked Energizer Max batteries, you will receive a $10 Walmart gift card via mail! That can be used towards additional batteries or more toys. How awesome is this offer? Make sure to stock up because your gift recipient will thank you that much more because of the thoughtfulness.

Batteries are something our household always has to have on hand (or quickly head to the inlaws). Kenzie's birthday is coming up so when I receive the $10 Walmart Gift Card in the mail, we will be headed to Walmart once again to purchase some more gifts for her!

Who are you shopping for this holiday season? Do you remember to add Energizer Max batteries when gifting a toy that requires batteries?

Happy Birthday to You Energizer Bunny and Thank You for My Gift!

  1. Happy Birthday, Energizer Bunny! I predict we will use a ton of batteries this Christmas, so I better stock up!

  2. Thanks for posting, I try to have batteries on hand always. Now that i know about the deal I am going to look for those specially marked packages, and I can use the WM gift certificates as stocking stuffers.

  3. We love this brand of batteries and it is so true nothing is so disappointing to a child wanting to play with a new toy with no batteries!
