Mason's birthday bash can't be complete without the Tiny Love Where Do I Live Book and Spin-Ball he received for review. He just loves books but most of Kenzie's are not easy to turn for his wee fingers. The Where Do I Live Book is geared toward babies 3-18 months but let's just say Kenzie and Mason started dueling over it.
It's a soft activity book featuring many elements of textures, colors and sounds: crinkle, mirror, rattle, teether, peek-a-boo. It's a book that we can make up scenarios and stories to bring the pictures to life. The moving fish that can swim in the sea is a great joy. The size is great to travel with and it even comes with connector for attaching to the stroller, diaper bag, etc. The Tiny Love Where Do I Live Book makes a wonderful gift for any occasion.
Guess who I'm nurturing to become a professional sports super star? Yup Mason has some hands that like to grip balls so imagine his delight when he saw the Spin-Ball? This is so different from every other ball he has because when the ball rolls, the multi-colored slices open and shut to reveal the mirrored panels and fun smiley face. This is a genius toy that develops multi-sensory stimulation: cognition, fine motor skills and senses. Mason can easily grip and toss with force. Let's just say that you need to get out of the way or otherwise brace yourself. I try to show him to roll the ball gently but he's a force that can't be reckoned with and I, in turn, just allow him to go all out and play as he wishes.
Both are perfectly priced as a gift for a special birthday or even as favors for party guests. Tiny Love definitely delivered for Mason's birthday ;)
Buy It: You can purchase the Where Do I Live Book for $14.99 and Spin-Ball for $7.99.
