Joovy Moon Room: An Alternative for Having 4 Arms

I heart Joovy and their products are always in eyesight when we are out and about, especially at amusement parks. Mason is now one and wants a bit more freedom although he can't walk on his own yet. This makes getting ready before work, working on projects with Kenzie and even going to the restroom a bit more difficult (since I am holding him while doing such things). He is past the point of being excited about being in a stationary toy so when the Joovy Moon Room arrived for review, I couldn't take it out of the box fast enough.

Good thing this was a breeze to set up because I was almost at the point where I needed 2 extra arms to get anything done. Just take the Joovy Moon Room out of the case, spread open, pull up on the sides until they click in place, push down in middle to the floor and then place mat inside. Voila - ready to use in minutes. I was surprised at how little space it took in our home yet the interior boasts 10 square feet to play! One 100% cotton fitted sheet is included which is an added bonus. It is super soft and keeps the Moon Room clean.

The top of the sides are padded which gives me peace of mind because Mason sure does like to hold on and bob up and down. Mesh on all sides of the Moon Room allows for air circulation as well as visibility. Kenzie loves to peer through the sides and top and see Mason. She sometimes demands that I put her in there but then whines when I leave her by herself without Mason. When Mason gets a wee bit older, I can't wait to leave them together to play while I give myself a self-pedi :)

Collapsing the Moon Room back into its travel bag is an easy chore. Just take out the mat, pull up on the middle, push down the sides and then wrap with the mat before placing it inside the bag. It weighs almost 28 lbs which isn't too bad. I can easily take it up the stairs to place in our room so Mason can play/nap. This Moon Room keeps Mason safe without whine. It is the perfect size to take when traveling locally as well as to grandma's (we may just get her her own!). This is definitely the ultimate play yard. Now aren't you glad that you don't have to see me conjure up extra artificial limbs just to get through the day?

Buy It:  You can purchase the Joovy Moon Room for $199.99.
