I hate stepping on crumbs so it's imperative that the floors in our home are cleaned regularly since it's inevitable that messes occur on a daily basis. Although we have a cleaner come every two weeks, somehow Kenzie and Mason leave trails of food and other tidbits on the floor a wee bit more often than I would like. Therefore, I was excited to receive the BISSELL® CleanView® Deluxe vacuum for review.
We have wood and tile floors throughout the house with a few rugs here and there. When I took the BISSELL® CleanView® Deluxe vacuum out of the box, it was easy to assemble but a wee bit heavy in my opinion - 15 lbs. Although Mason is heavier I think it was because I wasn't used to lifting an upright vacuum. I quickly took it to the second floor and plugged it in and started vacuuming. This vacuum is loud I think due to the awesome suction power - the OnePass Technology is present as I did not have to do the traditional forward and back, forward and back. This is unique in that on the "initial pass", most debris is picked up which equates to less time cleaning and more time playing with the kids! I actually saw the powerful suction in the clear canister when it brought up the crumbs and rug fluff. It almost even suctioned up a random lotto ticket that was on the ground.
The multi cyclonic separation system allows for long-lasting powerful suction which means super clean floors. The cleaning of the vacuum I leave to Hubs because I have allergies but since there is an easy empty dirt tank, he will have no problems with it. I can easily switch from hard floors to thin and thick rugs by changing the dial on the front of the vacuum. So simple that even Kenzie can help me out. She likes to vacuum for some odd reason and gets upset when I don't hand it off to her. However, since she is short, the maneuvering of the vacuum doesn't really work out well but to amuse her and keep her happy I let her vacuum for "5 minutes" after I'm done.
The BISSELL® CleanView® Deluxe vacuum comes with awesome attachments that stay attached to the vacuum so they are handy quickly rather than being stored in cabinets and not used (like previous vacuums we have had). There is a 4" TurboBrush tool for cleaning stairs, ulpholstery and hard to reach places, a 10" crevice tool for nooks (perfect for our couch which has food "particles" from Hubs) and a 11" extension wand which will come in handy when we finally get some curtains in our home.
I am constantly amazed at how much this vacuum picks off our floor. I like to use it when I feel the floor grimy but at least every 3 days. This is a rockin' vacuum by a trusted brand.
Buy It: You can purchase the BISSELL® CleanView® Deluxe Vacuum for $99.99.
