Kenzie received a few pieces from Mixed Up Clothing for review.
Founded in 2010, Mixed Up Clothing is a multiethnic children's clothing line inspired by the textiles, cultures and people of the world, to develop friendships through fabrics. Sonia infuses ethnically diverse styles with cultural twists, blending materials and designs from all corners of the earth.
The tank top and capris in the Larkspur Seeding fabric is perfect for play. Both pieces are easy to wear and the ruffle design on the tank is precious with the vertical buttons. I do have to note that the ruffle gets "wrinkly" after wash and dry so make sure you run again on the steam cycle to get the wrinkle out or ask Hubs to iron haha. I love the capris with the ruffle bottom. There is a comfortable elastic waistband for easy on and off - especially for potty time. This is a great outfit for summer as it is light and cool as well as fun.
The strappy sundress is Kenzie's favorite. She is somehow drawn to the ties on her shoulders - which adjusts so your tot can wear this for at least 2 summers. The White Papel Bonito fabric is vibrant and detailed. From first glance it looks to be a myriad of clustered flowers but when you look closely, you can see skulls intricately woven throughout. I love that this dress hits to the knee keeping Kenzie modest yet allowing for full running around and play. The shirred bodice and ruffled hem keeps it looking girly and young. Perfect Cinco De Mayo dress!
Mixed Up Clothing also offers shorts, skirts, jumpsuits and the most adorable rompers ever!
Buy It: You can purchase the Tank Top for $19, Capris for $36 and Strappy Sundress for $36.
