I have a slight obsession with shoes... especially for my tots. Umi's handcrafted shoes are made of the highest quality materials and effortlessly combine style plus comfort. Kenzie received the Natalia Jr. and Mason the Weelie.
Spring is officially here and how better to celebrate than with new shoes? Kenzie was excited about her new pink sandals and immediately put them on. She pranced through the house and wanted to wear them to bed. The Natalia Jr. sandals are a shimmery pink color with an awesome super grip sole for uninterrupted play. The hook and loop strap with velcro closure is easy for Kenzie to do herself. She feels like a big girl.
The heel is well cushioned and Kenzie's feet are supported. The quality of the leather is nice and the fisherman sandal design is perfect for Spring and Summer because Kenzie can wear it to school when the weather is hot because technically it is closed toe :)
My meaty Mason needs to be stylish and since he always wants to stand and chase his sister (although his motor skills have not quite made that happen yet), he is sporting the Weelie. This is a great shoe for Mason to learn to walk in. It has an anti-bacterial herbal footbed with a super rubber sole. The easy hook and loop closure allow for Mason's chunky feet to easily slide in and out. I absolutely love the color combination - light gray with a pop of neon yellow/lime.
I really am impressed with the Umi Shoe collection not only because of the fantastic designs, but because of the care taken in developing a shoe that really is healthy for my kiddos feet.
