Colgate Kids: Memory Foam Changing Table Pad

I never knew there were differences in the quality of a changing table pad until I received the the Memory Foam Changing Table Pad from Colgate Kids.  You would think that something as simple as a pad for changing diapers would be pretty much the same but upon placement of the Colgate Kids one, I was taken aback.  The Memory Foam Pad was heftier in weight than our previous one and the memory foam cushion created a plush experience for my wee one.

The changing table pad is 3-sided and is antimicrobial!  This is a feature that I never thought of while purchasing a changing table pad but after many a poopy diapers, it's one you will be thankful for.  The 3-sided feature allows it to be used on virtually any flat surface.  Since I had the changing table from Kenzie (a late night purchase at Target after backaches) I just placed the Colgate Kids pad on top.  They generously sent me a terry cloth cover (a wee bit thin) so that went over the pad.

Mason is comfortable and safe on his new changing pad.  He's not as fidgety as before.  There is viscoelastic memory foam in the center for extra comfort and 4″ high and firm, non-allergenic polyurethane foam on three sides.

The quilted white vinyl cover slows the growth of bacteria and easily wipes clean with a damp cloth and mild soap.  I love this feature because Mason sometimes blows out of his diaper and the pad gets the ick on it.  I don't have to worry about spreading germs everywhere!

Colgate Kids also sent us the Crib Mattress and Dust Ruffle Protector which I never even thought of as being a product.  It's placed over the link spring of the crib and protects the mattress and the dust ruffle from snagging or tears.  This is a great product as it extends the life of the mattress for future use.  The Crib Mattress Zippered Storage Bag is fantastic because it keeps your mattress clean while moving or for storage in the future.

  14. Memory foam was also found to be very comfortable and the patients slept soundly on their beds. When production costs for memory foam became low enough, mattress makers jumped at the chance to start using it on their mattresses.

  15. This article is an effort to give you a glimpse of what people generally ask when you come to purchase a mattress and what my viewpoint is. It often takes place as a dialog between the client and me. You might find yourself asking the same questions. Please do read them all.Joseph Slattery

  16. Most people buy memory foam toppers as opposed to full memory foam mattresses because they are a lot less expensive. However, just because the price is lower doesn't mean they are for everybody. Learn the important differences so you can make a smart choice as to whether or not a full mattress, topper, or neither is right for you.
