RKS: Reinhardt Kettleball System

My wife recently asked if I wanted to review the Reinhardt Kettlebell System (RKS) for her blog. Being that I've been exercising for about 4 years now and really enjoy it, I accepted her offer. I usually work out at the gym 5 days a week but now that we have two young children, it's a bit more difficult in getting to the gym on a consistent basis. Also, I've noticed the gym starts to get a little bit redundant and the results are not as rewarding if you don't force yourself to try new workouts and change your routine. Thanks to the RKS system, I will never have to worry about these problems again!

The Reinhardt Kettlebell System comes complete with an instructional DVD, 16 unique workouts, a nutrition guide, and you choice of a 5, 10, or 15 lb kettlebell. I chose the 15 lb kettlebell thinking it was going to be too light and easy, but let me tell you, some of the exercises in the videos will kick your butt with any weight kettlebell you choose!

Also, if you're starting out with the RKS system, I highly suggest really practicing the stretches and exercises in the instructional video a few times before jumping into the workouts. That way you can prevent injuries and also keep you form to achieve the best results.

Whether you are looking to get in shape, exercise at home or want to add newness to you workout routine, RKS is the perfect solution to your needs.

Buy It:  You can purchase the RKS Workout System starting at $89.97.

  2. This looks a good way to workout. Having something like this to use at home would be helpful.

  5. I love kettlebells. By far the most calories I have ever burnt during a workout.

  6. I've never heard of kettlebells...when I first read the title, I thought it was something to do with tea! This workout looks intense...a little too intense for me, but I think hubby would love it!
