Kenzie is starting to become a bit more brave and adventurous so when the PlasmaBike arrived, she was so ready to hop on. The excitement couldn'tbe contained as she kept on asking if it was her bike alone and not Mason's (since it arrived soon after he did haha). It's so easy to ride because there are no batteries, gears or pedals. Just sit on the seat and scooch along. The design is fantastic and unique - a bit futuristic.
The bike features wide wheels and the body is steady upon just sitting. Kenzie can easily get on and off without help. She even puts her feet up on the front wheel and the bike does not topple to either side. Balance, coordination and motor skill development is encouraged with the PlasmaBike. While children as young as 18 months can ride, Kenzie at almost 3 years old is having a blast. There is no hesitation when riding and if there is a bit of wobble while turning the bike, Kenzie just puts her feet down. Kenzie also likes pushing around her "friends" and even has a parking spot in the house where she parks her bike when finished.
The PlasmaBike is super light weighing less than 8 pounds. There is a convenient handle built right on the bike in front of the seat. Parents can use this to easily transport the bike while still holding onto your little one with the other hand. Kenzie's favorite feature is the horn. The sound isn't too loud to be annoying yet stimulating enough for a toddler to giggle and repeat. This bike is great for indoors and outdoors however we primarily use it indoors at the moment. The PlasmaBike supports a child up to 55 pounds so Kenzie has many years of play to go unless Mason decides to take over before :)
