The shirt is 50+ UPF which means it blocks out over 98% of the sun's harmful rays. It is very lightweight, made of chlorine-resistant fabric. I love that UV Skinz uses flat-lock stitching so there is no irritation of skin when tots are playing around being active. The shirt is really easy to wear and Kenzie loved the popsicle design.
The shorts are too cute. They are made of the same fabric as the shirt and features an easy to slip on/off elastic waistband. Kenzie had no problem splashing around in her new sun protective outfit from UV Skinz. I, as a parent, was not worried for her sun safety :)
I also received the Cheryl Long Sleeve Full Zip in Sky Blue. This is also 50+ UPF and made of the same breathable fabric as Kenzie's outfit. The jacket is super lightweight and perfect for any summer activity. I thought this would be perfect for my mother who is very sun conscious and lives in FL. She is rather active and loves the beach. I absolutely love the thumb hole feature on the sleeves. My mother found it comfortable and easy to wear. It can easily roll up and be placed in one's purse to whip out at any moment!
