being MVP: Smoother Skin with PMD (Personal Microderm)

Smoother Skin with PMD (Personal Microderm)

I had Hubs review the PMD (Personal Microderm) system because he has tried several skincare procedures and here are his thoughts:

I recently received the PMD (personal microdermabrasion) tool to try out and review. I was a bit leery about using it since my skin is very sensitive. Luckily, there is a complete guide and a step by step instructional DVD included in the kit. It evens comes with a "test" white tip that you're supposed to use to see how your skin reacts to the treatment. This helped me feel more at ease about using the PMD since they took extra care in making sure this product is right for my sensitive skin.

During the first try, I had a little bit I trouble getting used to maneuvering the tool evenly across my face because of the suction created when you apply it to your face.  It got a lot easier after the first try so I got really comfortable with using the tool in the trouble areas I need the most help in.

After the first use with the white strip, my skin didn't have any adverse reactions to the tool so I opted to try it with the soft blue tip. Again, the first stroke felt a little wired but I quickly got used to it and it was an easy process. After running the PMD tool across my trouble areas I followed directions and applied toner and moisturizing lotion.

So far, the results have been great!  My skin feels a lot smoother and I can't wait to see the effects after using it a while longer.

The kit comes with the tool, a white test tip, 2 soft blue tips, and 2 medium green tip, an instruction booklet an DVD.  I highly recommend this to anyone looking to clear up any blemishes on their face or body.

Buy It:  You can purchase the PMD system for $179.

  1. I have a PMD.. that reminds me I have not used it in a while. I always forget to use things like that because I get too busy.

  2. I'm glad that it worked well for you. I've also been hesitant to try one since my skin looks fine but it's delicate, knowing that yours is as well and it went fine, puts me at more ease to give it a try. thanks for the review!
