My mother is on her feet all the time at work. She has tried many brands of inserts but has yet to find the perfect pair. I asked her to give the Kendall GelThotics shoe inserts a go when I went to visit her last week.
The Kendall GelThotics shoe inserts are made of the highest medical grade silicone thus resisting moisture and odors. Since my mother had bunion surgery on one foot last year she tried these inserts out on her heels. They just slip right in and do not alter the shape or fit of the shoe. She stated that the inserts made the heels more comfortable and provided support in the arch. She also tried them out in her sneakers and was equally as pleased with the level of comfort. The shape of the shoe insert is unique compared to her past inserts in that they do not create extra bulk or alter the size of the shoe. They are actually very light in weight as well. Since she lives in Florida I would assume if one has sweaty feet the inserts may become sticky due to the material.
