Baby Must Haves: The Honest Company & One for You!

I've become more aware of the ingredients in purchasing the products I use for Kenzie and am happy to introduce to you The Honest Company.  Eco-friendly and affordable come together in this company's products for your tot.  Aside from being created by awesome mama Jessica Alba, the products really do deliver.  I received the trial size of diapers/wipes/laundry detergent/hand soap/face & body lotion/healing balm/body wash, dish soap, body oil and bubble bath.  The great thing about The Honest Company is that you can personalize what you need for the month.       

The prints on the diapers are too adorable.  Kenzie's favorite is the ice cream print and she specifically asks for it.  I wish I had an economy box full of this print.  The quality is similar to the Pampers that we currently use.  There was no leakage.  Another favorite of Kenzie's is the bubble bath.  She picks it out from the array of products on the shelf.  Her bath is usually filled with a mass of bubbles from only two capfuls which also is enough to wash her off. 

One of my favorites is the body oil.  It isn't greasy and quickly absorbs into your skin.  I do sneak some onto myself when Kenzie isn't looking :)  The smell is really lovely - a light lemony cake fragrance.  The dish soap is a bit thinner than our usual so I do end up using more than I have to out of habit.  However, it does clean as well as the usual without any trouble with grease/caked on food. 

I am going to try the travel sized items on our trip to visit my mama but I bet they are equally as good.  The convenience of a home delivery of a diaper bundle ($79.95) and/or family essentials bundle ($35.95) may definitely outweighs the slightly higher costs of these products (as opposed to generic/sale brands).  One would never forget to restock or be scrambling for last minute diapers.
